|TNT Fitness Overview
The TNT Fitness Program is a lifestyle changing program specifically designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Each week of our 13-week program, you get 2 strength training sessions led by our specially trained TNT coaches, and a weekend class which can be attended at any facility throughout the DC metro area where TNT Fitness is offered. Hectic work schedule? No problem. With multiple class offerings during the morning and the evening, classes during the work week and the weekend, and 36 opportunities to complete 24 workouts – we make it easier for you to fit fitness into your life.
In addition to the strength training workouts, you also get a complete nutrition plan so you know how to fuel your body to meet your fitness goals. Our nutrition plan is based on the portion principles made famous by leading nutrition and weight-loss programs. Our goal is not to tell you what to eat (that is the job of a nutritionist), but to help you structure a meal plan based on eating healthy foods in moderation. Diets fail because they are too restrictive and inflexible. If you stay within our guidelines, you can still enjoy your favorite foods and achieve success.
To improve your cardiovascular health and help you shed unwanted pounds, TNT Fitness provides you with a scripted cardio routine based on your current fitness level. Instead of just throwing you on a random piece of equipment and telling you to burn-off 600 calories, we tell you exactly what to do, on which piece of equipment, for how long, and at what intensity. As your fitness level improves, the cardio workout becomes more advanced.
TNT Fitness also provides you with three body fat measurements; one at the beginning of the program, one in the middle, and one at the end. This measurement is helpful in monitoring your progress so we can make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track to achieve your fitness goals.
